It will be a modern A class office building, built in accordance with the requirements of the green certificate LEED Gold. The total usable area of this six-floor building will be 4 700 sqm, of which the largest part will be occupied by office space - approx. 3 700 sqm.
The great advantage of the office is its location in the city centre near the intersection of ul. Pilsudskiego and ul. Powstańców Śląskich, just 5 minutes' walk from the main railway and bus stations and 10 minutes' walk from the Market Square. On the other hand, its distance from the Wroclaw airport is only 12 km.
Komandorska 12 is a venture by PZU Inwestycje. The general contractor of the construction is the company Budimex, while the design of the facility was designed by the studio Grupa 5 Architekci, based in Warsaw.
The facility will be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2016.
